Our Edomae style tasting menu begins with 5-6 otsumami, small plates that highlight seasonal fish and vegetables. The menu then progresses through 12-14 courses of seasonal nigiri, followed by miso soup, tamago, and dessert.

We offer 4 seatings per day, Monday through Saturday. Seatings at our 6-seat counter take place at 5:45pm and 8:45pm; seatings at our 8-seat counter begin at 6:00pm and 9:00pm.

Yes. Our beverage pairings typically include a mix of sake, champagne, and white wine. There are two distinct.pairing options: the Signature Pairing and the Prestige Pairing. We also offer a la carte beverages accompanied by our on-premise beverage director.

While we do not require formal wear we do ask that guests refrain from athletic wear, athleisure, etc. We also ask to dress comfortably.
