Our Edomae style tasting menu begins with 5-6 otsumami, small plates that highlight seasonal fish and vegetables. The menu then progresses through 12-14 courses of seasonal nigiri, followed by miso soup, tamago, and dessert.

We offer 4 seatings per day, Monday through Saturday. Seatings at our 6-seat counter take place at 5:45pm and 8:45pm; seatings at our 8-seat counter begin at 6:00pm and 9:00pm.

We can not allow a cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hours of the reservation time. A cancellation within that window will result in a full surrender of the deposit, with no exceptions. Requests to cancel or reschedule can be accommodated outside of 72 hours, including a full refund, minus a 3% card processing fee. Yes, we charge $175 per bottle or $350 per magnum. After two bottles, the charge increases to $250 per bottle and $450 per magnum.

Sushi Noz is located at 181 East 78th street between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue. Upon your arrival, please ring the doorbell to be assisted. Sushi Noz is easily accessible via public transportation. The 77th Street Subway station is located two blocks away.

We offer two beverage pairing options, the Signature Pairing and the Prestige Pairing, focused on sake, champagne, and white wine. Beverage pairings can be booked as an add-on to your reservation, or ordered on site at the beginning of your meal.
For guests who prefer to order beverages à la carte, we have an extensive list of wine, sake, and tea, as well as a growing list of non-alcoholic offerings. Our sommelier will be on site to assist your party with selections.
While we do not require formal wear we do ask that guests refrain from athletic wear, athleisure, etc. We also ask to dress comfortably.
Reservations are released one month at a time, with new bookings opening during the first week of the previous month. For example, reservations for September open during the first week of August. Please join our mailing list to be notified when new reservations are released.

Given the nature of the current menu, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies or Kosher diners at this time. Yes, children are allowed. However, all guests must be able to eat the menu as it is presented by the chef, regardless of age.

Through a 15 course menu, Noz 17 aims to let each ingredient shine at the peak of its season; therefore, the menu will change micro-seasonally depending on ingredients sourced and offered on that particular day.
Yes, we offer two distinct pairing options: The Signature Beverage Progression and the Prestige Beverage Progression.
Both pairings consist of three pours, and are curated to complement the nigiri portion of the Noz 17 menu. The Signature Progression is focused on classic premium sake with room for seasonal and more eccentric selections. The Prestige Progression consists more of premium artisanal and highly-acclaimed selections that are otherwise not available as by-the-glass pours.
